Restauranteur and Executive chef Terence Lee, inspired to share his love for the food and culture of his native India, assembled a talented team to create a great restaurant that showcases how Indian cuisine is presented outside India.  Our team shares a vision of the future for Indian cuisine, an endeavor to improve the purest traditional and regional cuisines. The thali isn’t just about food; it’s about balance and harmony in flavors and nutrition while simultaneously creating innovative,  dishes and blending  tradition.
