Thali, “ complete meal with different components.” in Hindi, delivers on the promise of its name with an authentic take on Indian cuisine. Restauranteur and Executive chef Terence Lee, inspired to share his love for the food and culture of his native India, assembled a talented team to create a great restaurant that showcases how Indian cuisine is presented outside India.  Our team shares a vision of the future for Indian cuisine, an endeavor to improve the purest traditional and regional cuisines. The thali isn’t just about food; it’s about balance and harmony in flavors and nutrition while simultaneously creating innovative,  dishes and blending  tradition. Our passion is to create a  contemporary restaurant offering dining experiences to satisfy all aspects of Indian cuisine. Located in the bustling Neihu district and just a few stops away from the Nangang Exhibition hall, we are easily accesible. The MRT Huzhou station is just 2 minutes away from our restaurant and you can easily make your way here by public transport of by car with public car parking just opposite us.

We go to the fresh market personally to get the best, freshest ingredients from our purveyors so our guests can taste the difference. All our spices are sourced from India and we blend and ground all our spices in-house. Our hard work and dedication to cleanliness, and hygiene is of utmost importance.
